Mad Reign "Greatest Hits" 1993 Vocals Doug Ober Guitar- Turmoil Lead Guitar - Rob Thrall Bass - Mike “Pharoah” Barrett Drums - Bill “ The Gag “ Gagliardi Recorded at 4th Street Studio Santa Monica Ca Engineered by Jim Wirt Produced by Turmoil and Jim Wirt Artwork by Ghetto B This collection established “ The Reign “ as the no holds barred brawlers of the hard rock scene in the early 90’s. Recognized by Hit Parader magazine as “ 1993’s best unknown rock album “ , Greatest Hits “ gained radio support with the charting of “ 19th Nervous Revolution” and “ Faith “ The sessions were legendary as members suffered jail time and gunshot wounds while completing tracks with soon to be big shot Jim Wirt ( Incubus, Hoobastank, L.A Guns). Wirt’s finesse brought the best out of the band as in-fighting continued and drug abuse was rampant. Highlights include Manager Rich Velinsky”s ghostly sitar tracks on the board creation “ Monster “. Guest appearances include Joyce Kennedy Vocals ( Mother’s Finest ) Charles “Lucky “ Waltz - Piano, Violin ( Shooting Star ) and Clay Goldstein Harmonica- ( The Uninvited ) This release is in stock and available |

Vocals- Frank Starr Guitar- Turmoil
Lead Guitar - Rob Thrall Bass Mike ”Pharoah” Barrett - Drums Bill
“The Gag” Gagliardi Recorded in San Diego Ca the “Five Monster Hits”
recording evidenced the unraveling of “ The Reign “ as the band
struggled to salvage tracks left behind by the now deceased Bill
Gagliardi and singer Frank C. Starr. Mixed in Phoenix Az by Micheal
Karpiac ( Fight ) The session marked the end of the Mad Reign era.
Remaining members Turmoil, Thrall and Barrett auditioned for new
members after the session ended, but disbanded after failing to

O.D. "Posse" 1997 Vocals Tone- Yo Guitars- Turmoil- Guitars- Chaka Bass- Nigel Tucker- Drums- Jesse Spent Recorded in San Diego, Ca .Art work by Sean Dominguez Engineered by “Woody” and produced by Turmoil, this studio effort marked the first of Turmoil’s post Mad Reign efforts. Turmoil joined forces with the remnants of the North San Diego County thrash band Conflict of Interest ( COI ) to produce this critically acclaimed underground effort. Initially conceived as a neighborhood garage band project, O.D. immediately joined the ranks of the west coast notorious while gathering a cult following of OD devotees. Led by two time loser front man Tone-Yo, the band’s reputation played out on stage with violent crowds and constant altercation. Plagued by the gunshot murder of a fan by a crazed roadie at a live performance in Oceanside, Ca, O.D. disbanded in 2000. |
